Kevin Sailor is the President & CEO of Financial Recruiters International llc and Alexander Raymond llc. Kevin spent 20 years in the Mortgage and finance industry. He has started multiple companies including 2 mortgage companies, Financial Recruiters International, and Alexander Raymond. He sold his mortgage companies and moved into recruiting after the mortgage meltdown of 2008. His 20+ years in financial services allows our company to be a powerful player in our niche area. He is passionate and dedicated to helping financial services firms and professionals to build the very best teams possible. He uses a polite yet aggressive approach to help his clients achieve their goals. He has an exceptional EQ when it comes to recruiting and matching. Kevin was born and raised in Northern California until he moved to St. Louis Missouri in 2011 to marry his wife, Julia. Together they have 7 children, 2 birds, and a rescue cat named Mike. Kevin enjoys mountain biking, and also rides E-bikes with Julia, enjoys time outdoors, and spending time with his family.
