Welcome! It's my pleasure to bring you the first issue of our new Connective Services newsletter. Once a month, we'll deliver insights and resources for candidates and hiring managers. This month, the FTC's rule banning most non-competes is in the spotlight. The ban takes effect on Sept. 4 and covers employees, independent contractors, interns, and more. Now is the time for HR managers and recruiters to review compensation packages and double down on culture.
